Bright and quiet apartment in the heart of Trastevere, just around the corner from the lively restaurants and cafès of this picturesque Roman neighborhood and from the panoramic view of the Gianicolo terrace. The home is set on the ground floor and features two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and access to a private courtyard, and one single room (with an additional bed available) with a gorgeous view over the vineyard of the botanic garden of Rome. There are also a second bathroom and a living area with sofa bed and kitchenette, complete with cooking utensils, stove, fridge, kettle and toaster. The apartment comes with airconditioning/heating, wifi, smart tv, iron, heaidryer and courtesy toiletries. Guest have access to a laundry area with washing machines and dryers.
Parking is in the courtyard of the property. Onsite staff from 9:30 to 16.00.

Please be informed that Mulino di Trastevere is in a traffic restricted area (ZTL).
The ZTL is normally active from: Monday to Saturday from 6.30 to 10.00 and from Friday to Saturday from 21.30 to 3.00 (subject to changes)

You will see an electronic sign at the "entrance" of the ZTL reporting one of the 2 options:
ZTL ATTIVO = access by car is not allowed
ZTL NON ATTIVO = access by car is allowed

No need to worry about the ZTL if you are exiting the area. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
