nice experience

quite far from the railway terminal, but very near mtr station. reasonable price for the room, nice experience for living in a building, which not exactly hotel. but the towels will not change for you for 3 days and will not provide room clearing services every day. be careful when going out at night

Air con didn’t work! No one there to help!

For the price I guess it’s ok! There is a air con in the room but doesn’t work! Which is very important for a city like Rome! Towel wasn’t changed at all for whole of our stay! 3 nights! Just to stay the night probably ok! But aircon is a must!

hotel très decevant.

Hotel qui n'en est pas un car reception à un autre etage sans rapport. le chauffage (au mois de février même à Rome il ne fait pas chaud) ne se déclenche qu'à 19h et s'arrête à 7h. la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionne pas, tout faire à la main.*la salle de douche aurait pu être agréable par sa dimension mais wc, douche, et lavabo plein de tartre et de ??? pas de produit d'accueil. lit sans alèse sur le matelas et drap et couvertures (qui est passé avant nous?).

Klima otomatik olarak akşam sadece 2 saat çalışıyor bu yüzden kışın odalar soğuk oluyor. Yatak eski olduğundan çok ses çıkarıyor. Sıcak su hep mevcut. Pansiyonun bulunduğu termini bölgesinde çok sayıda göçmen yaşıyor ama rahatsız edici bir durumla hiç karşılaşmadık

pleasant stay at inncentral

Very good for accessing localities by tram/metro. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and good for what we needed it for although we didn't spend a lot of time there. It easily accessible and in a well known area.

Clean Hotel

The room is very clean and spacious. But the hotel is not easy to find. It is located on a third floor in a building without any signs or wordings. Guests have to ring the bell to get in the building. Also, we need 3 different keys to get from the main door to our room, but that is fine for us. When we arrived the hotel, the staff asked for the payment of the room. I am very sure that I payed the full fee but he insisted he has never received our money. Luckily I found my bank transaction and proved to him, then he checked his record and realised we had already paid. I think it was just a misunderstanding and he didnt mean to take more money from us. But do make sure to check have you paid the full fee before going there, to avoid paying a double price foe the stay.

La localización perfecta delante la parada victor emanuel y cerca andando del coliseo, termini y zonas turisticas. El hotel está en un edificio antiguo en un barrio con muchos inmigrantes aunque no hemos tenido problema de robos. Por llegar a la noche, sin previo aviso por hoteles.com ni comentarios en la reserva, nos cobraron 20€ de más por esperarnos. El último dia se embozó un desague del pasillo y nos entró agua con pipi en la habitación. Lo solucionaron rapido pero fue incomodo el olor.

The room was clean and tidy and fairly quiet, free wifi. The hotel staff helpful when they were around. The room was made up each day but towels were changed only every three days and toilet paper was rashioned. The beds were cots, and uncomfortable and no reliable cable. The location while being convenient to Meto was not great. The hotel is in a neighbourhood that is definitely inner city and has nothing to recommend it and it came complete with street people burning garbage in the city bins at night. While it didn't feel overly unsafe it was definitely not a nice area of the city. If you just need a place to sleep and don't care about the inner city feel it's your hotel ( it's little better than a hostel). I would not stay ther again.
