Absolutely amazing apartment, in a brilliant location bus stop right outside and train station across the road to take you into the centre of Rome within 12 minutes. Loved the decor of the apartment, the lovely extras with the ice cold water in the fridge along with milk coffee pods tea bags and sugar. Great bread bin filled with Melba toast crackers, little cakes, biscuits, jams and chocolate spread. Air conditioning was a god send. Lovely little balcony too. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again 😊

The address on this property is incorrect, the host is rude and disrespectful. The host was no help to find location and was also no help in assisting with questions regarding the property. Power or WiFi was very unstable. This property should not be recommended at all to future guests. This property was the worst experience of the entire trip

The property is outside Rome, but offers easy access by train, by taxi is way too expensive. The toilet seat was broken. The place looks like it was not cleaned properly. Never gave instruction about the “included breakfast”. Staff were friendly.

every thing is GREAT.

Every thing was TOP and TOP and TOP. The appartment, the equipment, the place and before all of this... the people!!! It was fantastic! I just prefer it to all. I myself shall come back for sure in the future. I have also informed my friends about it, so that they can book it any time and enjoy the nice italian soul and spirit. Wir waren vom 16.04.-21.04.25 Vorort.2 Erw. und ein Kind 16 Jahre. Das Einchecken erfolgt kontaktlos. Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb von Rom, der Bahnhof liegt ab nur 5 Min. entfernt und fährt für 1,50 bis zu Hauptbahnhof. Wir hatten uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden, da sie mit einen inbegriffenen Frühstück angeboten wurde. In Rom selber waren zur der Zeit (Ostern) die Unterkunft alle ohne Frühstück, oder sehr teuer. Aber Vorsicht bei der Buchung dieser Unterkunft. Die Vorstellung von Frühstück geht sehr weit auseinander. Man findet eine "Brotbox" mit Zwieback, Gebäck, abgepackten Croissante vor. (diese werden NICHT nachgefüllt).Die Minibar beinhaltet eine Flasche Wasser, 500 ml Milch und bei uns waren es 1 Trinkpäckchen (1malig), Kaffeepadmaschine und Pads waren vorhanden. Wem das als Frühstück reicht ist hier richtig. Wir hatten eine andere Vorstellung. Des weiteren bot die Unterkunft nicht genügend Handtücher. Für 3 Personen gab es 2 Duschtücher. Grundsätzl. haben wir eigtl.immer eigene dabei, waren aber nur mit Handgepäck gereist. Bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit Expedia teilte der Vermieter mit, wir hätten um ein Handtuchwechsel gebeten, was nicht der Fall war (eigtl. kostenpflichtig).Wir baten lediglich darum das für alle ein Duschtuch vorhanden war. Laut Beschreibung erfolgt am 3. Tag eine Grundreinigung (nicht erfolgt), für die Müllentssorgung ist man selber zuständig. Haben das Beste draus gemacht, können die Unterkunft aber nicht empfehlen.

Ottima la struttura interna con tutti i confort, scadente i dintorni se paragonato a Roma. Colazione decisamente da migliorare, sarebbe meglio una convenzione col bar che si trova sotto che fanno delle brioche fantastiche a prezzi bassi.

Un wow a Ciampino

A 10 minutes de Rome en train (1.5 EUR) A un jet de pierre de la gare de Ciampino Très confortable et propre Épicerie juste à côté Les proprio nous ont aidé à réserver le taxi pour l’aéroport le lendemain (a réserver d’avance car pas de navette ni Uber a 5h00 am) Le taxi était en retard et nous avons appelé les proprios qui nous ont encore aidé et confirmé que le taxi était en route Super expérience et nous les recommandons sans hésitation

I am on honeymoon with my wife and i have to say the landlord had amazing service and it is a beautiful well kept house, was given so much extras in the house. 20 min drive to city centre. Full functioning kitchen and bathoom

Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! I didn’t realize that there was a direct train from airport we landed at and took the bus and metro to the place. Our host kindly guided us there and met us at the last stop. The room was quiet and clean and had everthing we needed and more. He included drinks in the fridge at no cost at all. Breakfast was some packaged pastries and an apple but did the trick as we were out and early each day. The train station is literally a thirty second walk which is ultra handy. If you have an esriy flight from ciampino book a cab before 7 pm the night before as the bus to the airport doesn’t come until around 6. I waited until later that night and it took me until 1 am to connect with a cab company. There’s no Uber’s in Italy so that is an important piece of advice. Overall I highly recommend as the host is a great guy and the place is superb.

Great location. Couple minutes walk to the train station then 20 mins to center of rome. Aprtment was spotless, comfortable and well stocked. Communication with owner was great. He made everything very easy. Overall a great experience
