Hadn’t realized this was an apartment and not a hotel. Check in was difficult, as I never received the email with check in information from the host. There were no instructions for how to use the A/C unit. Otherwise, the apartment was fine, as we just needed a place to sleep before flying out in the morning.

Basic rental apartment around FCO. The area is terrible, littered with trash and graffiti, it certainly looks unsafe. The building halls and elevator are really dirty. Finding parking is close to impossible. The apartment uses an electronic doorknob which is faulty. The apartment is large. Although not clean We found balls of hair in the shower and bedroom. Sheets were also dirty. A pitcher with water was moldy.

confortable, bien organisé et aménagé, air climatisé fonctionnait très bien, bonnes explications de la gestionnaire pour s'y rendre. Hôte attentionné. Hors de contrôle : très peu d'éclairage extérieur pour le quartier, donc plus ardu de s'y retrouver.

The property is not in a good area of Fiumicino. It is in a building in a run down mall with smashed windows and dirty sidewalks. The shower looks nice and renovated but there were hardly any hot water. We were looking for a one night stay in Fiumicino, this place is a 10 min ride from the nicer area by the beach. The price we paid was equal to a beautiful hotel we stayed in just a week before in the heart of Rome and the place just felt like a scam for our money. The lady that met us was nice and helpful but that was the only positive thing about the property.

Dear Sagit, we are very sorry for your review. Our b&b is located in an area where you can find everything you need: there is a shopping mall right down the propriety with all facilities and supermarket open until 9 pm. There is a cinema, restaurants, pharmacy, the station a few minutes walking which brings you to the airport and to Rome too in 20 minutes, everything just a few steps from where we are located. Besides, the beach is just 10 minutes by car. You booked a big apartment with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a big terrace outside and breakfast included just for you. I believe that a room in a hotel in Rome cannot be compared to a whole apartment. Thank you anyway for the good words that you spent for our staff who was very helpful indeed with all your requests. Wish you the best

Lugnt område i nära anslutning till flygplatsen
Lägenheten ligger perfekt till för tidiga avgångar från flygplatsen. Allting var välordnat, rent och prydligt, vi blev till och med bjudna på hemgjord Limoncello!!! Området lägenheten ligger i har drabbats hårt av pandemin varför många affärer i shoppingcentret har stängt men där finns tillräckligt med affärer och restauranger så att det räcker till och blir över. Efter en vecka inne i centrala Rom kändes det som en lisa för själen att inte behöva trängas med andra människor utan istället få göra allt i ditt eget tempo. Om du vill göra en tur till havet behöver du dock bil eller så får du ta taxi, kollektivtrafiken tar dig inte dit såvida du inte vill åka in mot Rom

This was a convenient stay for an early morning flight. I was contacted by the property owner upon booking to set up arrival time. She provided detailed directions for location, and parking, which were very helpful. She was even outside to greet me. This was a pleasant and comfortable option, and just what I needed for the next morning's flight. Thank you.

Good accommodations for the price. Convenient to airport and food/shopping as it sits within a pedestrian mall. Host was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is hard to find as all the buildings look alike and private roads prohibit taxi from dropping you off directly in front of the building.

Cozy and convenient apartment near Rome Airport.
We stayed there because we have an early flight from Rome Airport (Fiumicino). Basically, it is unstaffed apartment room, and you need to make an appointment to get a key for checking in (this kind of information should be easily provided by Hotels.com). Otherwise, the place is very cozy and relaxing. Breakfast is self-served (there was an egg cooker, but no eggs..I recommend to bring eggs by own..). It is close to Rome Fiumicino Airport, but the road near the airport is very confusing. Also, it was a bit difficult to find a parking near the apartment (we had a rent-a-car). There are several restaurant in walking distance that open late (after mid-night). I think it is a good place to stay if you have an early flight from Rome.

The property was spacious and clean, and the host provided snacks and drinks, which were very helpful. The property was in a convenient location, right next to a mall with groceries and restaurants. Plus, it was a 5-10 minute taxi ride away from the airport. (Make sure to get an official taxi - the host was very helpful to us in this regard). But what really makes this property great is Ileana. She was the perfect host and probably the friendliest person we met in our two week European vacation.

Francesca was very helpful guiding us from the airport to the B&B. Location was very close to train station. Perfect room for being in transit between Rome and somewhere else.

Not good Service at all !
I turn up and the power is out, that’s not there problem. But the room was 30° there was no safety light and no way to see where your going. I have been traveling over 1000k from the uk to here and I needed to charge my phone, so some work and have access to Internet. This was not possible as there was no power. I said I wasn’t happy and wasn’t staying so I left and expected to get a refund. The power came on an hour later but I was 30k away on the paid motorway and wasn’t willing to turn round and head back. Not when I had to leave early in the morning. Hotels.com gave me a credit but not very good service. The lady that showed me the room was lovely but the guy that running it was an a$$. I would not look to stay there

Dear Mike, We are very sorry for the inconvenient but unfortunately it wasn't our fault. Unfortunately all the city area had a light problem but the problem lasted just for about 15 minutes after you left as we were telling you. You decided anyway to leave. We tried to reach you at the phone on the website to tell you as soon as possible to come back but it didn't work. We don't know what guy are you talking about because there are only women in our staff (maybe the guy from Hotels.com?). It seems anyway unfair to us to receive a review like that for problems out of our control and not depending from us. The lovely lady you met is the only one who take cares of our guest and we are happy that the only thing in your review really related to our b&b has a positive review. Wish you the best.

GREAT VALUE, GREAT APARTMENT CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT!
WANTED A PLACE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AT A GOOD PRICE TO CATCH A MORNING PLANE. I GOT ALL OF THIS AND MORE. FRANCESCA MET ME IN THE COMMUNE PARKING LOT AND HELPED ME WITH MY LUGGAGE TO THE ROOM. IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT WITH TWO BEDROOMS. I HAD 1 OF THEM AND MY OWN BATHROOM AND KEYS TO LOCK BOTH. WE SHARED A KITCHEN AND COMMON AREA SITTING ROOM AND A MASSIVE BALCONY WHICH LOOKED OUT ONTO THE LITTLE CITY OF LOW RISE APARTMENT BUILDINGS AND SHOPS, RESTAURANTS AND EVEN A THEATRE COMPLEX. NO CARS IN THE COMPLEX, ONLY EXTREMELY WIDE PEOPLE WALKWAYS BETWEEN ALL THE BUILDINGS. THERE WAS A GAS STATION ACROSS THE STREET AND EASY ACCESS TO THE ROAD TO THE AIRPORT - IDEALLY SITUATED. THE ROOM HAD COFFEE, TEA, CAKE, LIMONCELLO AND A SHELF IN THE FRIDGE WITH WATER, JUICE ND YOGURT - ALL COMPLIMENTARY! FRANCESCA WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL AND AVAILABLE ANYTIME IF I HAD A QUESTION.

Quiet, pleasant, extremely convenient & friendly!
The manager, Francesca, is extremely helpful and sweet, walked me to the B&B from the train. She speaks perfect English. My one problem was I couldn't connect to the wifi at an important moment; perhaps the password had a 0 instead of an O. The location is very good for coming from the Airport in the evening or leaving from the Airport; it would be good also if you're flying early in the morning. The shopping mall, two blocks, from the B&B has everything you'd need. Using the wifi there requires your having an Italian phone number. If you're coming from abroad, make sure to get your SIM card early. The SIM card stalls in the airport close in the evening, as does the shopping mall. The cheaper room's bathroom is across the hall, which didn't bother me too much. Pleasant, quiet, safe, upscale residential area, and, again, Francesca was more helpful, cheerful and kind than could have been expected. I recommend it, just clarify the wifi password if you'll need wifi.

It was in excellent condition, super friendly manager and there was plenty of food for us to enjoy! Convenient for airport access. The cab driver from rome didn't know how to get to the building though, but the manager was super nice and she met us where he dropped us off which was just a 1 minute walk anyway.

Claudia debió haber confundido los hoteles cuando se contactó conmigo para darme las gracias el dia siguiente por mi amabilidad y por ayudarla tambien con el taxi, habiendo mostrado tambien el punto de encuentro preciso. Ademas, el wifi esta presente en todas nuestras habitaciones.

Posizione strategica
Accoglienza cortese, camere ben arredate,spaziose e pulite. Posizione strategica in quanto vicinissimo alla stazione Parco Leonardo e al centro commerciale, facilmente raggiungibile anche l’aeroporto di Fiumicino. Unica pecca i riscaldamenti che dovrebbero restare accesi per più tempo o,in alternativa, permettere agli ospiti di usufruire del condizionatore in camera.
