Room was large and spacious. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Only problem was a slight odour in the room and every time someone flushed a toilet in the next room i would wake up from my sleep from the loud sound. Otherwise very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again

The information of the Guest house on the Hotel.com regarding this hotel is not right. The address and the pictures and the description. The guest house is under a similar name but in another location. You will be lucky if you find someone help you to reach the right place. I could not rate the Vatican Suits because sipmply we did not stay there. The other guest house deserve average.the rooms is in the first floor and you here everything in the street. Hotel Com. is responsible for the misleading information and has to refund their customers. Not satisfied with booking with Hotel.com

Great Place!

This is a great place to stay in for a trip, and it’s near just about everything. Me and my friends stayed here for our Rome trip and everything went great here, the price is amazing and it’s in walking distance of everything. The management was very quick and very responsive in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in, and I will go back to this place. Thanks again!

It has a great location, close to a lot of interesting sights, there are a couple of restaurants right outside and there are shops near by. Check in is easy if you come within the day.

Jeg syns han som jobbet der var kjempe serviceinnstilt og hyggelig. Rommene hadde de prøvd å få et luksuspreg over, men det var mye slørv. Dudjen var skitten, varmepumpen rant det vann ut av(resepsjonisten ringte en som skulle se på det). Pluss at det luktet forferdelig, enten av kloakk eller råte. Men vi var der for å oppleve byen. Vi hadde en seng, en plass å gå på do, og vi fikk dusje. Så alt i alt var det helt ok. Det var kjøleskap på rommet, tommel opp for det.

Experiencia espantosa

Un desastre. Una habitación horrible, una vista de terror, que daba a un patio interior viejo y sucio del edificio. Teníamos que pagar 20 centavos de euros cada vez que usábamos el ascensor. Nos cambiamos de hotel a un NH que estaba a cinco minutos caminando y mas barato. Quedaron en tratar de devolvernos nuestro dinero si alquilaban la habitación, nunca nos devolvieron nada. Pésimo servicio, el manager nos pudo atender recién a las 930pm pasamos una experiencia horrible en nuestro primer día en Roma. Por suerte conseguimos un lugar.

Honestly staff and property very nice and very convenient, but the room! The room! Is so tiny! you can not even walk with in the room or in the bathroom! The picture is not what we got. Maybe more explanation on the room details and that a double room, double bed is not two actual beds. Ransel and co-worker such amazing gals! Made up for the room lol.

Wasn’t sure about it when I booked it, but it turned out great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. GREAT location. It worked out for the five of us. Two couples and a 7 month old.

Location was fantastic, easy access on foot to all the major sites. Room however was in poor condition and bathroom was small and had mould on the walls, in need of updating. The staff were friendly. Room not worth the price

Besviken

Vi bokade detta för att få två rum då jag reste med mina två tonårsbarn. Vi fick två rum i svit med armerade fönster ut mot en balkong full av kylanordningar/ luftvärmepumpar. Fönstren gick att öppna lite men inte ställa upp och mörkläggningsgardiner gick inte att dra ifrån. Det var lyhört och då andra gäster gick i sina dörrar skallrade rutorna i våra rum. Vi fick lakan men inte täcken och kuddarna var tjocka och hårda som sittkuddar i en soffa. För det pris vi betalade på 2000 kr/ natt så vill jag inte rekommendera detta hotell. Området var jättebra och de korta stunder då receptionen var bemannad var personalen jättetrevlig.

The air con machine was broke an dripped water all over the bed for 2 nights had to move the bed so could sleep anytime someone in other rooms went the toilet loads noise from the fan which was unbearable to sleep in picture that was showed on the hotels.com website was not the room i booked service from the ladys at the desk was good other than that absoulte terrible stay and i place the blame largely at hotels.coms door for false advertisment

Cleanliness of room/hotel was average, there was a bit of mold in the corner of shower and above toilet. Quality of service: Check in was easy and seamless, very friendly and knowledgeable. Got lots of great info and tips for our first visit to Rome. Hotel Amenities: There are no amenities. Don’t be fooled, what you see in the photos is what you get! This is essentially a bedroom, not a hotel room. Small, no mini fridge, coffee maker, safe, etc. They make it look very good in the photos but all furniture is very cheap and the mattress was terrible. Comfort: Mattresses are never a problem as I can literally sleep anywhere but this matress was abysmal, very springy and not soft at all. There was no view, we looked into a dark, run down back alley full of junk. We didn’t expect to spend a lot of time on the room but we found ourselves avoiding spending any time in the room and we’re not excited to come back to it at the end of the day. Would not recommend for a stay of longer than 2-3 days. Hotel location: Location was great! We mostly walked everywhere Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and even Coliseum! We took the bus once which was very easy too. Overall, it depends what you’re looking for in a hotel, if you’re just looking for a place to crash in a great location this could work for you. We were just underwhelmed and disappointed as it wasn’t quite what we expected. Travelling from Canada on our honeymoon, stayed in room number 7 for 2 nights.

It was a good sized room, clean but very basic. The service was friendly. Location was good for access to the subway system and The Vatican, both accessible by foot.

Je ne sais pas si cet établissement est réellement un hotel. Un acceuil dans un immeuble, sans devanture et des chambres ne communiquant pas avec la réception. Le plus gros problème est que les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos. Les chambres sont très sombres, sales et on ne peut pas bouger dans la douche tellement c'est petit. Des mégots sur la térrasse, des plintes décollées... Une térrasse commune avec la chambre voisine sans cloison ni rideau, très intime ... Bref, une cata.
