Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Luisa for help with taxis and suggestions for restaurants. The location was great, within walking distance of most of the major attractions. The room itself was well appointed if not a bit on the small side. The shower however was large and great. The only thing is there wasn't room for a small desk to work off. An amazing place to stay in Rome for location. Minutes from the Vatican. We took the bus from the airport and it was a 10 minute walk. I gave a rating of 4 as next time we know to book a room facing the road so that we can have light and open the window. Looking forward to coming back!

The entire stay was extremely well organized, from the pick up at Fiumicino, to arriving at Luxury on the River, to the cleanliness of the room, available amenities, and the pick up by taxi the next day. Well done!!! Highly recommendable. The location itself is prime. A Carrefour Express is less than ten minutes walking distance. Piazza del Popolo is nearby. Great stuff!!! Will book again if I visit Rome.
