Mi è stata assegnata una stanza che dava su un cortile interno dove alle 4 mattino hanno iniziato a fare un baccano infernale penso legato alla gestione dei rifiuti. Dalla mia percezione i rumori arrivavano direttamente dall’albergo, dunque senza nessun rispetto del sonno dei clienti. C’è modo e modo di predisporre la gestione dei rifiuti e a mio avviso in questo caso non c’era nessuna precauzione per limitare i rumori. Nel caso in cui i rumori provenissero da soggetti esterni all’albergo comunque molto scarsa l’insonorizzazione, sia interna che esterna. Assolutamente inadeguata alla tipologia e al costo dell’hotel. Bene, invece, la colazione.

Siamo, tuttavia, davvero sorpresi della Sua esperienza in quanto NON abbiamo cortili nei quali vengono stoccati i nostri rifiuti e la cui gestione è molto attenta, al fine di evitare quello che Lei ci ha riportato. L'unico "cortile" presente in albergo è una corte interna, sulla quale si affacciano alcune camere, non calpestabile, in quanto alla base della stessa è presente il lucernario in vetro che le dona luce.Alle ore 04:00 ci permetta di evidenziarlo nessuno in albergo è autorizzato ad espletare compiti che comportino la produzione di rumori, proprio per non inficiare il comfort dei nostri ospiti a quell'ora in pieno riposo.I rumori, quindi da Lei menzionati non sono a noi riconducibili e pur dispiacendoci per il disagio da Lei subìto, non siamo responsabili degli stessi.Ringraziamo altresì per la menzione sulla colazione e nella speranza di poterle dare presto il bentornato, nel frattempo inviamo cordiali salutiLorenzo NenciniDirettore

スタッフも丁寧に対応してくれるし、安心して使える良いホテルです。 以下、ちょっと気になった点。お昼くらいに電源が落ち、冷蔵庫以外の設備が使えなくなった。同時にwifiも不通になった。 フロントに問い合わせるとしばらくすると元に戻ると言われたが電源は1時間程度かかり、wifiは出掛けたので実際の時間は分からないが少なさとも2時間以上かかった。 また、テルミニ駅近くなので交通量は多くクラクションなどは頻繁に聞こえる。しかし窓を閉めると問題なし。

Disappointed stay.
With the exception of the receptionist who allowed us to check in earlier, the rest of them had moody faces. I had to ask them twice before they could give me a bottle of wine that I was entitled to. Room was warm and had to request for another room. Walking there from the train station was a challenge, a lot of turns. When checking out I was charge twice, they had to do a refund which took some time. Thank goodness we checked out early, if not we would have missed our train for which I had pre booked earlier.

Eine reine katastrophe! Ich habe keines der versprochenen „Vorteile“ von Expedia erhalten. Wir haben ein veraltetes Zimmer erhalten. Die Toilette war kapput. Als wir in der Nacht anfragten sagte man uns man solle auf den nächsten Morgen warten. Es hat gestunken. Die Dusche war unbrauchbar mit einem Wasserdruck wie aus einer Wasserpistole. Eine reine Katastrophe! Man hat uns auch sehr herabgesehend behandelt. Vermutlich weil wir ein jüngeres Paar waren.

Pleasant stay. My family was very happy during the whole of the trip. The room was spacious and clean, good water pressure in the shower and very confortable beds. As a improvement point, we could not control the heaters on our room, as it seemed to be a centralised heating system for the whole of the building and at times, we find ourself sweating in our rooms. We had to counter fight it by putting the AC on, which felt terrible as to the whole being green and planet conscious business.

Very nice hotel and convenient
Check in/parking was not clear. Parking was not available even though requested which created delay in check in as the front desk kept asking if we had parked. Difficult to communicate with bell staff at arrival and departure.

The area of the hotel is pretty bad. It’s right behind an alley that garbish truck collects trash early morning. The WiFi quality in the hotel is unstable. The hotel location is near a lot of restaurants. Very convenient to find food.

Air conditioner did not work. We ended up getting sick because the room was too cold. They also placed us on the first floor, which was noisy. It's a nice looking hotel with nice people working, but the room was tiny in comparison to even the Best Western Universo next door.
