This hotel is in a nice, convenient neighborhood close to Termini station, the same as the main attraction in the historic center of Rome; access to the hotel is a hall of a building where you take an elevator to the first floor where the reception is; in that hall sits a guy, porter, doorman, not sure what is it but for six days how long we stayed there he never greeted us even once or gave a sign of even noticing us; all in all, entrance to the building was disappointing with some dirty runner rug; also, it advertises as wheelchair accessible, but there are serious of problems with that so if you're in a wheelchair it's a big no! Personal is really nice, and that, together with the location, was the better side of this hotel.
