Excellent and wonderful!

We had night flight arrived Rome and arranged pick up in advance with the host, Mr Leandro. He gave us very clear details re our meeting point. Right after we arrived the meeting spot, he greeted us with his friendly smile. Upon arrival the guest house, he explained clearly incl breakfast, doors locks.. fire escape route as well. We felt very safe, clean and comfortable in this beautiful guest house. We could feel Mr Leandro is running his guest house heartily, punctuality and treat all the guests as his friends. We would highly recommend this beautiful guest house to everyone. Thanks for all arrangements of Mr Leandro, it made our Italy trip with happy ending.

I was happy with my room as I just stayed a couple nights and needed a single bed, which was comfortable. I would stay there again if I had to make the trip and visit that area. Lots of amenities within walking distance, which made it nice as it was my first time there

Tout était bien hormis pour la clé à l'arrivée. C'était compliqué. Le petit déjeuner était moyen. Le stationnement n'est pas dédié, mais reste facile. Sinon la chambre était tranquille et propre, ce que nous recherchons en transit à Fiumicino. Merci pour un agréable séjour.

Our host was very welcoming. He even took us to the airport for a very reasonable fee. The Crystal suite was beautiful and comfortable. A wonderful experience for us!

Room was spacious and clean. Location was super convenient for our needs and for dining. Only complaint was communication. Direct emails, what’s app call and text, and messages through the app, all went unanswered. Couldn’t get our questions answered prior to arrival and once we checked in (over the phone) we couldn’t get a hold of anyone again. That was frustrating.

I had a late check-in, and the owner was helpful in sharing the process in advance, which I appreciated. However, the experience overall wasn’t ideal. The cleaner started knocking quite early in the morning for checkout, which disrupted my sleep. The rooms are located very close to each other, so noise was also a consistent issue. Additionally, the location isn’t as close to the airport as expected, and taxi/Uber fares were quite high. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Leandro was there to greet us at 4pm after a long drive from Prato. He set up our wifi, explained the coffee maker & looked up our next day early flight. He told us where the big mall was.The hotel was spotless, beautifully set up for a retired Canadian couple with their 17 & 20 year old grandchildren Great beds and lots of towels with shampoo and body wash. We stayed in the Crystal Suite and there were cakes, juice, several kinds of milk in the fridge. There was also two kinds of cereals.Leandro gave us his phone number & those of his staff. We felt cared for and highly reccomend this hotel suite for a family. There were two twin beds PratoPratoPralong drive from Florence

Non ho potuto parcheggiare la macchina all'interno della struttura, premesso che sono arrivato poco dopo le 23, ho fatto più di 100 mt sotto la pioggia con bagagli a seguito e ho dovuto provvedere con una serie di "passaggi tecnologici" (numeri pin e 3 chiavi di colore diverso per riconoscere quale porta aprire) e solo dopo una rampa sotto la pioggia e l'altra al coperto sono arrivato in camera! Al mattino pensavo di trovare qualcuno e invece di nuovo, ho dovuto provvedere a scaldarmi l'acqua per il tè..... e anche avendo la cialda per il caffè non sapevo dove inserirla, per cui l'ho preso al bar!

The hotel was close to the airport but the only way to get there was a taxi or uber which costs 25-30 Euros. There is nothing around to go see or entertain yourself, but a really nice restaurant recommended by our taxi driver and the hotel staff both. If you are a light sleeper, be aware. 'The air traffic noise might bother you. Also the rooms have thin walls, but thankfully our neighbors got there late to just go to sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly and gave great advice. They were very accommodating and also offer airport transfer for a fair price.
