"The hotel was good. The property is very well kept. Employees were all very polite. I was charged an additional $16.75 a night when I checked in for "hotel amenities" Not sure what that covers since there is no complimentary breakfast, there is a spa at an additional cost, no pool and valet was also an additional cost. No idea what amenities that included. Housekeeping is also only done if requested."

"I was disappointed with Expedia’s customer service and its inability to accommodate a reasonable request. I booked a room for myself, my husband, and my son, but my plans changed, and I needed my adult son to use the reservation without me. I contacted Expedia several times to ask whether my son could check in with his own credit card, but Expedia referred me to the hotel, while the hotel referred me back to Expedia. This back-and-forth was frustrating. Ultimately, the hotel accommodated my request, but Expedia’s lack of communication, flexibility, and support fell short of my expectations."
