「I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. 「Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). 「There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. 「Der Empfang war ziemlich forsch und hektisch. Das Sup-Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Abendessen hat uns nicht geschmeckt, ausser das Salat und Gemüsebuffet war gut und vielseitig. Aber auch da war der Service sehr hektisch, alles musste schnell gehen. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt und waren schon öfters unterwegs. Von gemütlich essen weit weg. Frühstück war auch nicht berauschend, aber okay, es gab viele verschiedene Kuchen, keine Eierspeisen.」

"Our stay at Eisenhut was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. While parking was not onsite, the garage was less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel also provided very clear, helpful instructions to find it.
