“My husband and I stayed at this property for a working vacation. It was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space and the view from the balcony was outstanding. As mentioned by the owner, it gets noisy because this apartment is in the heart of Marbella. Simply bring earplugs and you are set for a great stay.”

Beach right there.The lobby is immaculate and Alexandro who is building manager was very helpful. A sweet little apartment with superb view of the water and great for people watching. Nice big terrace which is what this visit is really all about. Shall be back.”

Grounds seemed well maintained too but didn't use pool due to weather too chilly. Location: Great location for beach, nightlife and shop...all walking distance. Communication: Always quick and responsive communiction via whatsapp. Overall great stay, good value and would happily book again.”

“2 couples had a great stay. We moved into this place from another smaller rental because the weather was bad and we needed more indoor space. We still used the large patio because much of it was covered. The place is as advertised and very nice. The only down side is you cannot really walk to any restaurant or populated boardwalk. However, the beach is great and if you are cooking at home there is a walkable grocery store. We would book he again!”

“A very beautiful apartment well located behind the magnificent marina of Estepona close to all services. The apartment is very well equipped and you will find a large and beautiful terrace to enjoy the sea air and the sun. You will find good restaurants near the marinas and the center of Estepona accessible on foot via a promenade along the ocean. Communication is very easy with Andy the owner and on site with Sue who manages the apartment and helps you with any small difficulties you may……

“This apartment is situated on the Golden Mile coast and it is such a retreat. Approximately an hour walk to Estepona along a lovely scenic boardwalk/pathway. With plenty of bars and restaurants along the way. Very spacious, well appointed with a sunny balcony and exclusive use of the roof terrace. So plenty of opportunity to sunbathe. A very short walk to the beach through the resort where there are surf activities available. A shared pool and sun beds if you fancy a dip with a friendly pool……
