「Stay was great, I've stayed here multiple times and I would recommend this hotel for convenience to the highway, grocery store ( walmart, Aldi) and close to most places 」

「The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot.」

「The black gentleman that made those grits! If you know you know.. They were the best grits we’ve eaten. Everything was excellent! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Duval!」

「That was one of the nastiest places EVER. It didn't look anything like the website. I booked for 2 nights, only stayed for one night. Thought it was the new studio rooms but it was actually where people live and school bus drop off children. Booked 2 doubles. It took 3 times to get the key to be set to open the door.the tv had been stolen and there was no curtains. The tubs are very dirty and the white surface had been scrubbed off. He then put us in room with a king bed....not much better....

「Ratty Condition both inside and out. Didn't sleep a wink due to excessive noice from outside, fear of safety, absolutely terrible amenities throughout, no available telephone in room, no network or cable TV, inoperable electrical outlets throughout the room, no safety chain/bar on entry door, etc. If the City Code Dept, Health Dept, or any 3rd-Party booking service were to investigate such property, It WOULD be Shut Down!!!」

「It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!」

「Do not stay in this hotel unless you want to be infested with coach roaches I was traveling with my children and we were getting tired it was late so I stopped at the nearest hotel with a reasonable price because all we were doing is sleeping and leaving when we woke mind you it’s 11 at night we go to go in I turn the light on there are about 10 roaches on the floor the were on the fridge they were everywhere I walk right back out I told the lady I couldn’t stay there that I wouldn’t stay with...

「The hotel is under construction. The suite doors were not secure. Light from outside was visible around the entire door to the hallway and to the connecting room. The plastic around the door of the connecting room was visible and they started construction in the adjoining room at 7am.」
