Perched on one of Roquebrun's highest points, this villa with a studio and private pool offers breathtaking views of the Orb Valley. Surrounded by Mediterranean flora-including a majestic olive tree-the fully fenced property is ideal for families, couples, and pet owners. Children can play safely in shaded areas near the house, while the garden includes a dedicated space for dogs. The villa comfortably accommodates three to four couples, blending privacy with natural beauty. The charming village of Roquebrun is just a short walk away, along with the river Orb. Known for its cobbled streets and medieval tower ruins, Roquebrun is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you're dining at local restaurants, kayaking on the river, or exploring vineyards by scooter, the village offers something for everyone. Located at Chemin des Olivettes 14, this villa is more than a holiday home-it's a gateway to the tranquil rhythms of southern France. With its elevated setting, lush garden, and private pool, it promises a peaceful retreat with easy access to the vibrant life of Roquebrun.
