Here at VIP Residence, we are known for the breathtaking view of the ocean, great customer service, and a very safe, secure and peaceful environment which is ideal for individuals, couples or groups here on business or vacation.

It is located just 3 minutes from the capital so come and enjoy the luxury and convenience of this newly constructed apartment building.

VIP Residence is so unique because it is the only accommodation building with a pool, just walking distance from the city. You can enjoy the peacefull environment and still be very close to Roseau, the main town, where you will find night life, bars, restaurants, tours and so much more.

I recently stayed at VIP RESIDENCE in Kingshill and it was a truly wonderful experience. The highlights of my stay included: Cleanliness:The room and common areas were spotless and well-maintained. Comfort: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious and quiet. Service:The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always friendly and attentive. Location: The property was ideally situated, close to food spots and supermarkets and more. Overall, I highly recommend VIP Residence and would love to return for another stay.
