“I had the most relaxing break here that I think I've ever experienced. Everything in the accommodation was perfect, and all the little extra touches just made me feel so welcome. Breakfast supplied (and you can go and visit the hens!), no traffic noise.... just birdsong in the mornings and the occasional horse noises.Peace and quiet and comfort. What else could you ask for on a break? ”

“Wow, this place from the very arrival to leaving you made us feel like we were family (even hugs when leaving). Heidi and Micheal are absolute super stars , you guys rock, next visit I'm sure we can sit and share a bottle of Wine. The apartment and facilities are first class, we cant wait to come back and use the outdoor kitchen. We loved the horses and even Mr Chaz was enjoying himself. We don't have any negatives and will be recommending Uleybury to all. Again thank you Heidi and Micheal Love……

“Our lodging (#!) was very comfortable with a nice front porch and spacious interior. We never met anyone on staff, entry was thru a key lockbox with instructions.”

“Very convenient location, walking distance to the town. The kitchen is well equipped for doing light meals. The bed is very comfortable and overall the unit is clean. Overall a satisfactory stay if you’re prepared to overlook a couple of issues. However, the freezer section of the fridge was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell in the unit, possibly cooking smells from the adjoining unit which had a door, also every noise from that unit could be heard.. ”

“Fix shower head in small bathroom. Provide top sheets. Clean up all the broken, dirty, dusty items lying around the place. Provide cushions for outside chairs and a clean environment to sit out there. ”

“The property had no hot water on arrival and did not have airconditioning available for all rooms. There is no laundry, no back yard and limited in house seating people at the kitchen table). The property reports to have enough room for more than 9 guests, however there is only 1bathroom (with toilet combined). The price was very high for what was provided. ”
