Before our stay she had everything ready, once we arrived which was much later than we originally thought, she made sure we were checked in and had everything we needed. She communicated immediately on the spot and we felt very takien care of. She made things nice and easy before our departure and the visit was calm and relaxing, the house was lovely. That was a lot to navigate but she made it. The other issue for me was carrying the luggage up all the stairs. I have back issues from multiple surgeries. The place was cute and clean. ”
