“Wifi is not available even at the 1st floor. No warm breakfast is available but the available food and service was excellent”

“It's not happy at first because the website said can add bed, means can be one more person to stay. Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online. “The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). There is no AC, when you shut the windows, you may feel very hot at night. ”

“Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es ist ein neues oder modernisiertes Hotel. Alles wirkt neu, sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Frühstück war auch prima, eine tolle Auswahl an allem, was wir uns vorstellen können. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

Algumas frutas frescas e salada de frutas, suco, e iogurtes, pães e bolo. Precisei do estacionamento do Hotel, que embora perto, acho um pouco caro. No mais, fui bem acolhida e todos muito amáveis. ”

“We got a big room with a small living room. The room was very clean and provided everything including free drinks. The staff and breakfast was very nice. I will definitely come back. ”

“The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops.”
