  • Ideal apartment for 4 people on the seafront, located right in front of the Roses promenade. Enjoy a balcony with views, perfect for having breakfast or relaxing with the sea breeze. The property is fully equipped to ensure you have everything you need (fully fitted kitchen, kitchenware and all the comforts for a pleasant stay) and also includes private parking, an essential extra in the area. Perfect for comfortable beachside holidays.
    We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible



    COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



    ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



    By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.



    ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Animals: €25 per animal for the entire stay.

讚好：整潔度和登記入住
Quite clean upon arrival. Nice sea view from our 2nd floor balcony. Beds were clean and comfortable. Forget about trying to work from here though; WiFi speed was consistently less than 2 mbps both days we were there. Plumbing below the kitchen sink had a small leak which we fixed ourselves after mopping up the floor in the morning. Disappointed that there were no staples in the kitchen as far as salt, pepper, napkins, paper towels, etc. Best to plan on buying everything yourself. For the price we expected more based on many other apt/condos we have stayed at in the past.
