El apartamento muy grande y adecuado a nuestras necesidades. Con parking un punto muy importante porque en esa zona es más fácil que te toque la lotería que aparcar. Cerca de la playa y al lado de comercios para poder comprar en tu día a día. Quizás actualizar la ducha del baño pequeño, los aires acondicionado y los fogones de la cocina

Schöne Wohnung an super Lage

Der Empfang der Mitarbeiterinnen von Immo Barneda war herzlich und es hat alles geklappt.Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenige Schritte zum Strand zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der abgeschlossene Einstellhallenplatz haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Die Klimaanlage war „Gold“ wert (bei 35 Grad Aussentemperatur) Der Balkon im unteren Stock ist klein (Tisch für max. 3 Pax.) und lässt sich nicht beschatten. Der im oberen Geschoss ist grösser hat aber auch keinen Schatten und keine schöne Aussicht. Das Sofa im Wohnraum müsste einmal erneuert werden es hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Die Bar in der hinteren Strasse ist etwas lärmig aber die Fenster schliessen gut (stört nur bei offenem Fenster)
