L’appartement

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement où le ménage n’est pas fait correctement, salle de bain sale, tache de sang sur les murs de la chambre , il y avait un seul canapé 2 places et celui-ci cassé, ventilateur avec pleins de poussières, on nous a attribué un parking où déjà nous avons eux du mal à rentrer et pour sortir c’était une vraie catastrophe donc nous étions obligés de nous garer à l’extérieur, le seul point positif est que l’appartement est proche de la mer

L'appartement est très bien situé, calme, proximité de la plage et des commerces. Belle vue sur le canal.Agencement de l'appartement : Pièce de vie agréable mis à part le canapé est très très usager, petite salle d'eau avec toilettes dans son "jus"Terrasse agréable sauf la table impossible de manger à 3 personnes, extrêmement petite dommageParking en sous-sol, place trop petite impossible de nous garer avec notre Duster.

Die Wohnung hat ein gutes Preis.-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ist keine Luxusbleibe, aber zweckmäßig in Ordnung. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur hat perfekt funktioniert, netter Kontakt. Alles im Allen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung im dritten Stock liegt nahe zum Strand und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf den Kanal und in die Emporda. Allerdings ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend modernisiert werden, so ist die Couch völlig durchgelegen, die Wasserhähne tropfen und laufen nach, Klimaanlage und WLAN fehlen, die Markise ist z.T. lose, es sind keine Isolierfenster, der Tisch auf der Terrase ist für 4 Personen viel zu klein und verfärbt. Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist abenteuerlich eng und nur mit einem Kleinwagen zu befahren. Kochfeld und Mikrowelle sind alt, funktionieren aber noch einigermaßen, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine sind neu. Für 4 Personen ist der Platz ausreichend, für 6 zu eng. Handtücher und Bettwäsche knapp ausreichend. Trotz sehr freundlicher Betreueung durch Rosesnet, werden wir sie nicht noch einmal buchen,

Everything was as described and the handovers worked very well. The agency is very friendly and accommodating and the flat met our expectations.The balcony with midday evening sun is a dream. We will definitely come back.
