Enjoy the simplicity and comfort of this cosy house located in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from Santa Margarita Beach. The accommodation has two floors. On the ground floor you will find an open-plan kitchen, living-dining room, and direct access to the private garden with a chill-out area and barbecue. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and balcony, and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub.

The location is ideal for walking or cycling, with a supermarket next door and the promenade’s leisure area within walking distance.
