This spacious vacation apartment with room for several or a large family awaits its guests in Roses on the Costa Brava. After a wonderful day at the beach, you can look forward to meals together in the cozy living room, where you can sit together for a long time in the evening and reminisce about your experiences.



The fantastic terrace and balcony invite you to enjoy a cozy cup of coffee.



Stroll to the beautiful sandy beach, which you can reach quickly from the apartment, and a walk along the fantastic Rambla to the Roman ruins is also worthwhile. There is a public parking lot 1.5 km away. Roses is a beautiful coastal town in a unique landscape in the north of the Costa Brava, at the gates of the Cap de Creus Natural Park. The city impresses with its culture and history, its sunsets, its gastronomy and its diversity. It is also highly recommended to visit the towns of Cadaqués and Figueres.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own.

Logement passable

Beaucoup de manque dans les équipements. Un WC fuit, Impossible de l utiliser. Flexible de douche trop court , on rince le bac à 1 mètre de haut. Équipements cuisine insuffisants, pas de casseroles, une poêle minuscule, 6 couteaux qui ne coupent rien. Pour 8 personnes, c est un peu compliqué. On a acheté une poêle et des couteaux. Il n y pas non plus de plat pour le four. Le barbecue n en a que le nom. Les interrupteurs fonctionnent une fois sur 10. Il n'y a que 2 chauffages pour tout l appartement.2 chambres n en sont pas équipées.Dans une chambre il est positionné tellement haut, il faut un escabeau pour l allumer. Idem dans la salle de bains. Le parking est à 800m, pas précisé dans l annonce, compliqué quand il y a une personne âgée. Sinon l équipe novasol est sympa.
