“Wir hatten einen tollen Sommerurlaub in Franks Haus. Supermarkt in der Nähe, nur 5 Minuten zum sehr schönen Strand. Beim Haus dabei ist ein Parkplatz, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Wichtig zu wissen: sehr viele Treppen, Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Roses ist leicht mit dem Bus erreichbar, das würden wir auch jederzeit dem Auto vorziehen. ”

The location is good, supermarkets and restaurants are closeby but it´s quite long to walk to the beach. And I must also criticize some other points: There is only air conditioning in one room, in the biggest one. The ad doesn´t mention that.
