"We loved our experience at this hotel! The bed and bedding were fabulous—we slept really well! We also enjoyed the bathroom products and appreciated the blackout curtain. Room was quiet, too. So convenient being right downtown and close to the canal!! Bo and Dylan were both amazingly helpful, and they truly made our stay top-notch! And if you’re reading this, Bo & Dylan, we bought so many pastries on our way to the airport !! ;) Our only constructive criticism would be for more bikes. The hotel runs out of rentals quickly, so you need to reserve early in the morning. Also, the condition of the bikes is hit or miss—but that seems par for the course for bike rentals across the city. Overall, we would definitely come back and do it all all over again!! :)"

"This reservation was made by mistake on the wrong date due to Expedia defaulting to the date I made the reservation NOT the date I wanted to check in. Therefore, we did NOT check into this hotel. The hotel has refused to refund our money for that night, even though they would not have rented it anyway since this reservation hit their system late in the evening. Expedia asked the hotel twice to refund our money but they refused, just taking easy money for no services!"

"Terrible. Helpful staff. Hotel terrible. Room is tiny, no AC, no air. No fridge. Bathroom also badly designed. You have to go down to reception to be shown how to start the shower. There is an instructions sheet with pictures for it at reception, Why not up in the room? the bathroom floor gets completely soaked as there is no shower tray. So, if You go to the bathroom hours afterwards, your feet/socks will be wet again. And the list goes on. Terrible room. The room is so tiny it is like a prison cell."

"The location is fabulous, within easy walking distance of train. The room is no frills but as the wall said, it's everything you need. The beds were comfortable, 2 pillows per adult. The bathroom is very small but doable. My husband and adult son didn't mind the wet shower, I elected to use the gym shower. I think it's fabulous there is an alternative if you want a normal shower. There's quite a few "gathering area" which are very nice and comfortable. There's a theatre room we didn't use but would have if we stayed longer. Also wonderful to have onsite luggage storage and shared laundry facilities were great because you could do more than one load at a time. Only con, a few more hooks in the main suite & bathroom would have been helpful given tight quarters. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful modern property with many amenities. Id stay again in a heartbeat. Wonderful breakfast made to order and buffet. Sort of walking distance for some shops, but cabs abound."

"Great location and easy to get around. Amazing breakfast !!! They had AC but it was controlled. The bathroom was nice but didn’t have AC unless you propped open the door. I have stayed here twice and appreciate how easy it is to get on the ferry or to the train station."
