羅森代爾區旅舍

「Close to supermarkets ranging from Also to M&S with reasonable bedroom」

「I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend this place. • Showers are disgusting - caked with mould & mildew, water leaks all over the floor, shower door will not open all the way. • Carpeted floors were disgusting - and I see other patrons walking around barefoot, with warts, toenail fungus and the like. Wear socks and don't leave any clothing on the floor. • Noisy, inconsiderate patrons playing music full blast and eating in their rooms, and refusing to wear headphones when asked. I lost count how...

「We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and only 1 room was available. The staff blamed Expedia and we will never know the truth of the matter. We ended up with having a Z bed to accommodate the 3rd adult. The bar was closed by 8.30PM when we got back to the hotel, and none of us could sleep until the early hours due to all the noise outside, people screaming and boy racers screaming past. 」

「Room basic but clean. Facilities are slightly tired but adequate. The only slight complaint was that the shower was not much more than a dribble but the water was warm. Staff helpful and friendly. Note: Hebden Bridge is hilly and the hostel is up the hill from the town centre. It is not that far and should not put you off using the hostel」

「Brilliant property! Really clean, excellent checking in and service throughout our stay. Only downside is the information given for parking. We ended up paying £28 because it wasn’t explained to us that it was free after a certain time. Should have cost us £8. Private parking company so nothing reception could do.」
