Rotunda is a great location.

Rotunda is convenient to everything you want on Florida coastal vacation,. Neighbors were fantastic! This property is quite decent, but things are getting old and need to be replaced(Pool heater failed, electrical outlet failed, Stove has failing heat controls). Owners were responsive when contacted.

First family vacation

The house and pool were perfect for our first family vacation with grown kids and spouses. We enjoyed the area and the beaches and restaurants were wonderful. The owners were very responsive to us. We would love to stay here again next summer.

Communication

I was well aware of the process for garbage disposal and the homeowner felt compelled to text me several times regarding it. She also showed up at the property, rang the doorbell twice and pulled the garbage containers to the street the night before garbage pick up. She also assumed that we raised the pool heater up and we didn’t because we had no idea where that was. I felt that Shelley invaded our privacy and didn’t trust us therefore had to visit. House was a little too far from the beach for us, otherwise the house is fine.

Rest and Relaxation

Check in process was so easy and quick. We enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay. The house was clean and organized. Many options for entertainment. The beach was close by and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. The host was very responsive to messages and the notebook had clear instructions, recommendations and ideas. All of us enjoyed it very much.

Great get away. Quiet neighborhood.

This house has everything u need. Great pool, very safe area & clean house. Great atmosphere, quiet neighborhood & closet to your shopping centers & plenty of restaurants. Beaches are within 10 minutes also. Would highly recommend & would stay here again.

Stayed in Nov after the hurricane

Pros: heated pool, plenty of towels, plenty of seating, little things (like beach chairs, coolers, sand toys) Cons: bugs in the kitchen, little TP supplied, could have been cleaner, damage to the pool lanai, and outdoor area was less taken care of than seen in the pics, road was busy

This home is exactly as pictured! Love the pool area, the kitchen was the most well stocked we have ever rented, slept great! Shelley was very responsive to questions! Definitely recommend! Close to so many different beaches! Thanks so much!!

Fantastic!

The house was great! We stayed here for a month. The pool/patio is the best part!! There were just a few minor hiccups (which is expected). Shelley was very quick to respond and got everything fixed in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend and I would come book again!

Well Stocked, close to beaches

Best stocked kitchen we have ever had! Comfy beds. Great communication, about 15 to 20 minutes from Boca Grande and Englewood Beaches. Boca was our favorite. Pool was very nice. Only thing that would have made it better would have been reclining chairs by the pool as it was mainly chairs to sit in. Highly recommend!

Homely villa in a quite location

This villa feels more like a home than a holiday rental, immediately at ease on arrival. Well equipped with all needs covered. Fantastic pool and covered area. Near to several good beaches, restaurants also within a short drive. Loved watching the birds and animals on the adjacent golf course.

Fun Englewood Experience

This property was exactly as advertised on VRBO. Many updates have been completed on the property and I understand from the owner that many more updates are on the way. The owner was easy to contact and quickly responded to email messages. We enjoyed our stay in Englewood and would rent the property again if we get back to the area.

Amazing home, amazing communication

This home was amazing & Shelley was very fast to respond & very helpful. Had a few little hiccups that were worked out in minutes. Reason for the hiccups being covid19 and then not being able to come and look over their own property. Again no big deal! Would definitely stay again!

We shall call it, The Lizard House! Everything you could want, plus more! Gorgeous, warm heated pool

Shelley's house was absolutely AMAZING! And when I say amazing, I mean, beautiful, cozy, and everything you could want. Her house had all the little things you could need, seasonings, sippy cups, tampons lol, literally everything! There were 2 fans which are great if you're used to sleeping with a fan. One was a box fan and the other a wind tunnel. That was perfect because we brought 1 fan and then with the 2 there we had enough for one in every room, but are also some there already if you don't bring a fan. There were plenty of kitchen items for a large family. There were 5 of us. 2 adults 3 kids (16, 9 and 5) and plenty of utensils. Glass and plastic cups, sippy cups for little ones, pots, pans, coffee pot and keurig, and even tv trays for dining in the family room by the tv. The kitchen table was big and seated 8. The tv area was super cozy and couch extra comfy making nights enjoyable to watch stuff with the kids. There was a living room area as well for quieter time if you like to read The bedrooms were great in size and had plenty of space for everyone. The beds were super comfy also, we cannot live without a king size bed so thats always a must. Also a trundle in the double bed room making technically 3 beds in that room if needed. The pool was where it was at! It was such a cozy quaint spot outside with the seating area and beach chairs. Theres a nice gas grill outside and Shelley had sent some new grill supplies to the house while we were there. Theres everything you could need for the beach without having to bring it all yourself. She had beach towels, some beach chairs, and some beach toys. We also left some beach buckets and shovels and some pool noodles. She also had multiple coolers you could use or take to the beach as well. The house was located within 20 minutes of Gasparilla Island, which is where Boca Grande beach is that Shelley recommended. Let me say that OMG its gorgeous and everything you'd want in a beach. Not busy so not many people everywhere and so pretty with its clear water and white sand. Only a 6 dollar charge to get there via toll bridge but well worth it! My family and especially the kids just couldn't get over the pool and how nice it was. Having it heated and NOT charging extra for it is so nice! Her house is definitely worth your choice so don't hesitate, you won't regret her house. Oh and there's so much Florida wildlife at her house! Saw so many geckos and frogs even a hatched egg of some kind. Love it!
