If you are looking for a perfect location to rent a place in Florida, this is it!! This new villa is close to gulf beaches, Boca Grande Private island and back up to Rotonda River. 1312sq ft space with guests in mind and has everything you need to have a stress free vacation!
Enjoy BBQ ( Traeger Grill ) in enclosed lanai with beautiful view of the lake with dock where you can fish or kayak or just enjoy morning coffee Ann & Chuck Park pool is within 5 min drive has heated Olympic swimming pools and kids swim section area with water temperature of 82F

Outstanding, the home is basically new. Wonderfully decorated, very clean and all consumables provided, paper products, soaps, dishwasher pods, detergents etc… The host provided the best experience I’ve had with a VRBO stay. I’ve been at several VRBO stays and all have been great, this one is number one.

My daughter, son-in-law, 5 grandkids, dog and I had a great time. The house was clean, updated and in a wonderful neighborhood. Conveniently located to beaches, shoppes, and state parks. I would definitely come back!

Cute and comfy cabin
We unexpectedly had to arrive early and Anne was wonderful helping with that. The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. She even left a small basket of goodies for our fur baby. Beds were comfortable. Very accommodating. Would recommend if you’re looking for something affordable with a great view and lovely hosts. We will be staying again when we come back to Tennessee!
