客服友善親切笑容，房間很寬敞，床很大很舒服，窗外視野可以看到飛機，房間隔音很好，早餐選擇多很好吃，對於晚抵達或是隔天一早飛機的旅客，真的很推薦。

We arrived late at night, yet the bar offered delicious snacks such as carpaccio and bitterballen. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in walking distance from Rotterdam Airport.

Cold...
The coldest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was cold, (after letting the heat run all night we made it up to 19,5 degrees, but started on 17) no heat in the bathrooms, so when you stepped out there, is was freezing, cold in the hallways ect. Only in the Lobby and restaurant were the temperature ok.

Vlakbij the Hague Airport, ideaal. Verder is er in de buurt volgens mij, op loopafstand, niet veel. Uiteraard eventueel wel veel te bezoeken met de auto of openbaar vervoer.

Een nacht verbleven en prima verblijf gehad. Nette kamer met comfortable bed. Vliegtuigen zijn nauwelijks hoorbaar en dus niet storend. Bij het ontbijtbuffet is de keuze beperkt maar het is wel smakelijk. Parkeren kan in de garage van het hotel tegen gereduceerd tarief voor 24 uur.

Bad experience
Overpriced stayed for what was offered. We were forced to stay in the airport because of a conference. The room was not clean, basics commodity offered. Once I asked to replace the towel on a 5night stay they even forgot to replace the shower carpet and one towel. I asked the reception and they never brought the little shower carpet to the room. Coffee and tea bags were refilled only once.City taxes are redicously higher (more than ten euro again). Customer service is inexistent. It is a pity as the location being in the airport wont attract tourists anyway but only people in need of an accomodation. The only positive note was the smiley waiters at the breakfast.I will never recommend to stay here

Fletcher hotels zijn meestal niet de mooiste hotels. Kamers met vloerbedekking met oude brandgaatjes, stof......het is het net niet. Maar zo dicht bij t vliegveld wel prima voor een nachtje. De algemeen te gebruiken damestoiletten waren s morgens bezaaid met handdoekjes op de grond en papier in de toiletborstels. Kamers redelijk te doen, zoals gezegd voor een nachtje

Prima hotel, enig min puntje was de rode neon verlichting op de 6e verdieping. We slapen zonder de gordijnen dicht te doen. Dan is dit bijzonder hinderlijk.

Habitacion amplia pero con cierto desgaste.
Habitacion muy amplia con servicio de calentador de agua para cafe o te. Baño tambien amplio con ducha y por separado el inodoro. El mobiliario ya no esta apto para un hotel de este precio, esta muy desgastado por uso y sucio, incluso las paredes y las cortinas estan manchadas. El restaurante esta muy bien y dispones de un pequeño super 24/7. El desayuno es amplio, variado y de calidad. Lo mejor, esta a 100 metros del aeropuerto.
