It was in a quiet residential area, in which we felt very safe. The owners were really welcoming and helpful, providing answers to all our questions about the surrounding places of interest etc. & very patient with my limited French!! “A lovely place if you want to get away from everything. A rural setting and would be a wonderful location for children - cows and sheep in the fields around and plenty of facilities for them. Need your own transport to travel into Bayeux or Tilly Sur Seuilles. A choice of accommodation - we had a nice chalet. There are wigwams, yurts, caravan. The whole site has a quirky atmosphere but is quite magical. Proprietor very friendly. ”

“We had a most enjoyable holiday at the cabin, which although compact, was very well equipped and comfortable. We had bicycles with us and just a warning, the hill up to the lodge is very steep! Also a suggestion, WI FI would have been an advantage. Overall a most pleasurable stay.”

“Le propriétaire est quelqu'un de très discret tout en étant disponible si nécessaire. L'endroit est parfait pour un couple qui recherche calme et tranquillité dans un cadre agréable. Le son de la rivière qui coule le long de la maison, les vaches qui paissent dans les champs, les belles routes vallonnés de Normandie, que du plaisir. Qui plus est, le gîte, qui a tout le confort nécessaire, et est situé à seulement 1h de la mer (Granville). Bref, un agréable séjour de 8 nuits, que nous espérons……
