Ostal de Val - Rouède - Gîte

A wonderful location for discovering the region's mountain activities: hiking trails right on the property and the Via Garona (Camino de Santiago route) just 8km away, as well as the largest cave system in France, the Félix Trombe network! The Ariège department and Saint-Girons are 30km away. A prime location for cycling, hunting, fishing, and the Salies-du-Salat thermal spa. In the village of Rouède, this stone house, renovated in a contemporary style, will charm you with its character! A full program awaits: hiking in the Pyrenees and relaxing in the large shared garden (ping-pong table included)... Lovely views of the Arbas massif. Parking for one car (if a second vehicle is needed, street parking is always available) and a private terrace in front of the house. On the ground floor: living room with sitting area (wood-burning stove), dining area with table and bar stools, and open-plan kitchen; one bedroom (two single beds 80cm wide that can be joined to form a double bed 160x200cm wide) with its own shower room and separate WC. Access to the first floor via a spiral staircase: mezzanine lounge, one bedroom (two single beds 80cm wide that can be joined to form a double bed 160x200cm wide) with its own open-plan shower room, and a separate WC. Electric heating (heat pump). Wi-Fi internet access. Non-smoking property. In the village of Rouède, a stone house typical of the mid-mountain region, which has undergone contemporary renovation, offers a lovely view of the Arbas massif.
