「This was an absolutely beautifully-decorated apartment in the heart of Oxford just steps from Westgate Mall, which literally saved us during the 100-degree F heatwave! Many stores and restaurants in the mall had Aircon! 「The first house we were supposed to stay in looked great however it had no internet. With one pre teen and a teenager this is very much a deal breaker. They offered us a similar house but not quite as big. All was good. Then we woke up on the first morning to find ants in the kitchen, they'd got into some of the food we bought. As compensation we were offered a 100 credit and a game of bowling.Most of the staff were great.」

「The hut was very clean and comfortable and suited the four of us perfectly. We also appreciated the fact that there were only two other huts in the field and there was space between them.
