The water in the pool and hot tub was very cold which was surprising. Everything else was fine and was good value. Would stay here again. This hotel can also give you a pass that allows you to enter some local museums for free. The water refill point was also useful. Staff were nice

Great Hotel, friendly staff, great pool

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was super friendly, the breakfeast was great, the pool area was fantastic. Only downside was the WIFI, it was terrible.

Very disappointed that the temp would not get below 24 in the room. Made it tough to sleep at all when i needed the most sleep. Staff very accomodating and got me to another room that would apparently get to 23, but it never got below 24 either.

Meine Frau und ich befanden uns am 09.09. auf einer Zugreise von Venedig nach Innsbruck. Plötzlich erhielten wir eine Nachricht, dass wegen einer Mure der Zug nur bis Bozen fährt und die Strecke länger gesperrt wird. Es wurde ein Schienenersatzverkehr mit Bus eingerichtet, aber es konnte nicht garantiert werden, dass jeder Passagier einen Platz bekommt. Wir haben wegen dieses Notfalles entschieden, dass wir die Zugfahrt vorzeitig in Rovereto beenden und haben 1 Nacht im Leon d‘Oro gebucht. Nach ca. 3 Stunden erhielten wir die Nachricht, dass die Mure beseitigt wurde und der Zug nun doch weiterfährt. Aufgrund dieser besonderen Situation haben wir im Leon d‘oro angefragt, ob wir kulanterweise das Zimmer kostenfrei stornieren könnten, weil wir nicht einchecken werden. Das Hotel hat nur kurz mitgeteilt, dass das nicht möglich ist. So wurden uns der gesamte Zimmerpreis verrechnet, obwohl wir gar nicht eingecheckt gaben. Sogar das nicht konsumierte Frühstück wurde uns verrechnet. Mein Fazit: so geht man nicht mit Kunden um! Ich kann jedem nur dringend von diesem Hotel abraten und empfehle auf andere Anbieter auszuweichen.

Prima centraal gelegen hotel

Fijne locatie vlakbij het station en centrum. Uitstekende bedden en een heerlijk ontbijt. Het enige wat wij niet fijn vonden was dat het ontzettend warm was in de badkamer. En de radiator konden we niet lager zetten.
