Sea View - Guarantee. My house is located in summer house district Borik = pine park. Location in dead end street offers rest at night and during the day. Bright studio upstairs offers privacy and comfort for couples or family with 1 small child.

From the studio, you can look through the panoramic windows from the pine trees over the sea to the old town and islets, from the light tower San Giovanni to the horizon!

From bed you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and star-blasted summer night.

The special highlight of the apartment is the shady forest path (5 minutes walk) to the beach, cafes, restaurants, children's playground, dog beach, market, fruit merchant and taxi boat to the center.
This means you can always reach your destination safely and comfortably even without a car.

HOUSE BETWEEN BEACH & PINE

Relax on one of the most beautiful beaches of Rovinj, swim in the azure blue sea, enjoy the relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere ...

My house is located about 2 km from the old town, in summer cottage Borik, right on the sea on the peninsula Monsena. It is framed by an old pine park that stretches to the beach. The name Borik means "pine park" and the whole peninsula is protected. Thanks to this microlocality, we inhale fresh, salty sea air mixed with pine essential oils. Already in the year 1888 the climate and bathing resort "Maria Teresia of Austria" was built 100m from our quarters.

My house is located in a tranquil dead end, but out of mass tourism but only 5 minutes walk down the shady forest path to the pebble beach with easy access to the sea for children, children's playground, Strandcáfe and small restaurant with beautiful vista on the old town and 2 green islets.
After a gentle walk of 10 minutes you can reach the morning market and fruit merchants and then enjoy breakfast on its private south facing terrace. The kilometer-long sea promenade (20 min to the center) and easy hiking and biking trails from the house lead past idyllic bays, through forests and fields of Vienna.

All apartments overlook dense park. Panoramic windows and large south-facing terraces bring nature directly to you. Enjoy a stress-free vacation, the sunset, a star-blasted summer night ...

Einzimmerapartment, ausreichned für zwei Personen, mit Klimaanlage. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.Das Geschirr im Apartment war ziemlich zusammen gewürfelt. Toller Blick auf Rovinj und vorgelagerte Bucht. Mehrere Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch am Meer ist man in ca. 5 min. zu Fuß. Außer schwimmen kann man auch SUP, Kayak, etc. mieten. Für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Insgesamt gut für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet.

Guter Aufenthaltsort um die Gegend kennenzulernen

Wir buchten diese Wohnung am Ende unseres Urlaubs um die Umgebung besser kennenzulernen. Da wir geplant hatten tagsüber unterwegs zu sein suchten wir nicht unbedingt nach einem Balkon oder einem Aufenthaltsort mit Garten, da war diese Wohnung sehr gut. Mirna, die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und empfing uns nett und erklärte uns bei Ankunft alles inkl. Tipps was man alles am Ort machen könne. Die Wohnung ist sauber, hell und recht modern wenn auch einfach eingerichtet. Wir würden sie wieder buchen wenn wir in die Gegend kommen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der schöne Strand ist direkt um die Ecke und auch die Altstadt ist gut erreichbar (Auto 5 Min, zu Fuß ca. 35-40 Min). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage und Nähe zum Strand sind fantastisch. Wenn man leidenschaftlicher Kaffeetrinker ist, sollte man sich vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine oder Alternative mitbringen, da die Kaffeemaschine vor Ort sehr klein ist und langsam läuft. Aber da wir eine French Press dabei hatten hat das unserer Freude über die schöne Lokalität nicht geschadet.

Perfekt! Wir haben unsere Zeit dort geliebt!

Dieses Apartment ist nicht zu übertreffen. Wir hatten durchaus hohe Erwartungen bevor wir ankamen aufgrund der Fotos. Und sie wurden erfüllt! Das Apartment war blitz Blank, kein Staubkorn war zu sehen. Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Person, welche bei allen Fragen geholfen hat. Der Weg zum Meer dauert keine 5 Minuten. (Borik Beach) der Weg geht durch einen recht steilen Wald, somit waren wir froh, dass wir auch etwas festeres Schuhwerk dabei hatten. Ansonsten geht ein weniger steiler und geteerter Weg zu dem Beach mit etwa 15 min Fusslaufzeit. Wir persönlich empfehlen zum Beach „Amarin“ zu gehen. Die 15 Minuten laufen lohnen sich. Insbesondere für kleine Kinder (und für unsere kindische Charakterseite) gibt es an bei Amarin tolle Aktivitäten (Jetski, Volleyballfeld, Pool, Wasserhüpfburg) und Spielplätze. Obwohl das Apartment in einem Stadtteil abseits von Rovinj liegt, sind wir fast jeden Tag in die Stadt gegangen. Der Weg ist am Strand entlang und dauert ca 30/40 min. Wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden und würden gerne wiederkommen! Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Viel Natur und Ruhe

Wir waren die erste Gäste im diesem neue Studio. Unsere Erwartungen, die wir aufgrund der schönen Fotos hatten, wurden vollsten erfült. In Studio war alles genauso wie am Internet. Es war in einem sehr, sehr gepflegtem und super sauberem Zustand, lichtdurfluted und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vom Toilettenpapier bis zur Seife, vom Küchenschwamm bis zu den Wascheklammern es hat nichts gefahlt. Es ist ganz Nähe am schönsten Strand Rovinjs ˝Borik˝. Der schattig Kieselstrand mit 2 kleine Restaurants mit idyllische Blick an Altstadt ist 5 Fußminuten von Haus. Hinunter Meerpromenade ist geignet für Wandern oder Biken.
