The standalone villa is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Bicycle storage, Finnish sauna.
Location
Rovinj. The villa is situated on a 550 sqm enclosed plot. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars).

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September, 3.7 m x 9 m, 1.4 m deep). Bathtub with hydromassage.
