The person at the desk seemed completely unaware of our reservation made through Hotels.com and was unable to assist in any meaningful way. The condition of the property itself was unacceptable and not suitable for guests. Due to these issues, we had no choice but to find and pay for another hotel in the area. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against staying here. The property appears to be in such poor condition that it raises serious concerns about its suitability for operation. "

"The room where in disrepair and the shower floor tile broken. Low pressure in shower and patches on many of the wall. The ice machine was so far away from the room only one work. However the staff I encounter were pleasant 😀 I wish them the best. However I would not recommend a stay there. There was no remodeling done that I could see."

"The hotel is worn out. Filthy. Smells bad. But at least it’s in a terrible location. The surrounding hotels had the charm of half way houses or men’s shelters. We immediately got a refund and went elsewhere. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Otherwise, run - don’t walk. My wife was convinced there was a prostitution ring operating there. "
