Highly Disappointing
Didn't get to stay in 2 bed apartment on the premise that the flat was ruined by the previous occupant. Went past it from the station though and it seemed fine...
Was moved to 1 bed apartment owned by the operator. This had no parking and was further away from the gardens.
On top of that we were told that we had to leave the keys under the doormat because the electrician had to come round. That meant we had to leave the keys under the mat while we were out all day, forcing us to keep our valuables in the car on the grounds that this was safer.
After all of this there was no partial refund. A hotel offering a lower quality room, with extra charges versus what was advertised, would have given us a refund. They just refused to answer our messages.
