“We were a group of 5 friends running in the Hawkes Bay 10km. The house is conveniently located to Napier shops and the Marine Parade. It had everything we needed, including a one button gas fire place. Good afternoon sun and we felt relaxed and cozy here. The decor and fittings are dated but for comfy beds and a cheap and cheerful getaway it was ideal for us. Ron was excellent to deal with.”

“Hubby, our dog (Rodger) and I had a lovely relaxed 2 night break here. Jo and her 2 wee kuri met us on arrival and then left us to enjoy our stay. We were able to relax, watch a bit of TV, sleep and do absolutely nothing. We had dinner at the pub on our first night there - hubby loved his steak and I had fish and chip, Rodger somehow managed to get a slice of steak too. The bed was fantastic but if you're short like me, you need to use the stool to get on the bed. Thank you very much Jo……

“This was the perfect place to stay in Napier with our 2 little dogs. Beautifully appointed with everything anyone could want or need. So welcoming with those extra special touches Delia provides. Our dogs loved the cosy pet beds and there were even lovely water and food bowls for them to use. It was great to know our dogs were safe when we let them outside. This was our 2nd visit, we’ll be back for sure. Thank you for having us :-)”

“Cosy, comfortable, and clean!!!! This rental is well maintained in a quiet location directly across from the bay. We brought our dog and the proximity to walking paths worked well. As well, the property had a fenced off area that allowed our small dog to roam around without fear of him leaving the property. Hosts were friendly but kept their distance which allowed us to feel at ease. Really enjoyed the stay. Thanks.”

“We were in Napier for our daughter’s wedding. There was myself and my husband, my oldest son, his partner and under 2 year old from Queensland and my youngest son from New York. The house was fabulous and worked really well for us all as plenty of space, clean and in a great location, close to the waterfront and where our daughter and family were staying. Tess was very easy to communicate with before and during the stay and the arrival process was very easy. Would definitely recommend Tess and……
