I am sure that a bed-and-breakfast suits some people. However, this room, you could hardly walk around because there was no space there. The ‘en suite’ was a stretch of the imagination! It was the same size as a Boeing 737 bathroom. Tiny! We had no alternative but to stay the night due to a meeting we had in the area however I would not recommend this place unless you just need a room at the last minute. I will be contacting Expedia about this

Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Room was bright and clean. Portable fan was provided due to hot weather along with bottles of drinking water. Large choice of cereals, fruit and baked goods at breakfast. Good location near the train station and 15 minute walk into Royston town centre

I stayed one night with my husband and son. The family room is set up well. My son enjoyed having space to himself in the loft. We arrived at the end of a heat wave, and while the room was stuffy initially, we slept quite comfortably, as the ceiling fan and window cross-breezes worked well to cool the room. The shower was tricky to figure out with regard to temperature control, so be sure to check the hosts for guidance. Tiggy and Pete are welcoming and very entertaining. They kept us in stitches at breakfast with tales of their family escapades. 😄

We stayed at Orchard House before and after a wedding at South Farm. Tiggy and Pete were very accommodating, friendly and had a lovely place for me and some friends to stay. We stayed in the family room which was spacious and the bed was super comfy. There was a good continental spread as well as the option of a full English if you wanted it (which was delicious too!). It was also walking distance into Royston, which was a lovely place with some nice pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
