「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Totally lived to its name ACE」

「Accueil aimable et professionnel Chambre très agréable ( quand on ouvre la porte on est surpris ,car dans son jus ) et très propre .Petite salle de bain fonctionnelle avec ce qu'il faut en serviettes et savon .Hôtel à l'écart d'Eu avec un grand parc .On reviendra 」

「Parking privé très pratique, car les places sont rares dans la rue. Belle vue sur la mer. Les environs sont très animés, et parfois bruyants. Heureusement, les fenêtres de l'hôtel sont très efficaces, et notre chambre bien calme. Le personnel est très accueillant et l'ambiance très conviviale au petit déjeuner.」

「Marius provided an outstanding check-in experience, explaining not only what the hotel offers but his opinion of the initial “must see” sights within walking distance. Also the restaurant manager was superb at explaining gluten-free options at breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay!!」
