Wir durften in einer sehr liebevoll weihnachtlich geschmückten Wohnung unseren Wochenurlaub im Advent verbringen. Es fehlte nichts, alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Danke an die netten Vermieter.

Super Ferienwohnung

Diese Unterkunft können wir sehr empfehlen. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Sie entspricht absolut dem Inserat. Ausflugsziele in die Umgebung waren mit dem Auto super zu erreichen und dank der Chiemgau-Karte, die wir von der Vermieterin erhalten haben, gab es auch einige Vergünstigungen.

Einfach schön!

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, toller Balkon, nette Vermieter, auch unsere Hunde fühlten sich sehr wohl. Es fehlte wirklich an gar nichts, sogar der Kühlschrank war mit einem Willkommensgruß bestückt.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Eine wirklich schöne FeWo, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, und die Gastgeber haben sich schnell um alles gekümmert. Lediglich die etwas weitere Entfernung vom Ort ist ein klitzekleiner Haken, so dass man einfach das Auto braucht um etwas zu unternehmen.

Sehr schöne & saubere FeWo mit super lieben Gastgebern

Meine Freundin und ich fanden die Wohnung genauso wieder wie sie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Alles erscheint neu und der Platz ist selbst zu viert ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit ist auf sehr hohen Niveau und es gab überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Die kleinen Dekorationen geben der Wohnung das Gefühl zuhause zu sein und die Küche bot uns auch alles was man brauchte. Zutaten wie Gewürze, Öl, Essig und Kaffee oder Tee sind auch vorhanden sowie allerlei Kochutensilien. Die Gastgeber Familie ist mega freundlich, sympathisch und sie haben sogar an den Geburtstag meiner Freundin gedacht. Die Kontaktaufnahme vor und während des Aufenthaltes ist sehr gut und sie sind bei Fragen stets zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist nicht weit weg von Supermärkten oder Gaststätten und relativ ruhig gelegen und lädt zum wandern ein. Alles im allem eine hervorragende Ferienwohnung mit moderner, neuer und sauberer Ausstattung. Die Inhaber sind sehr nett und die Umgebung ist ruhig aber nicht abgelegen.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Nicht zuletzt aufgrund der Bewertungen haben wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden, was genau richtig war. Eine sehr schöne, saubere und neue Wohnung, die genau den Anzeigenfotos entspricht. Alles ist perfekt vor Ort, selbst Kaffee und was es für eine erste Brotzeit benötigt liegt im Kühlschrank. Holz, für den Kachelofen, Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Sonnenbalkon u.v.m haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und heimisch fühlten. Es waren schöne Tage für uns in Ruhpolding und den Ausflügen entlang der deutschen Alpenstraße.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in reizvoller Umgebung

Wir hatten das große Glück als erste Besucher in diese schöne, gut ausgestattete (sogar mit Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Essig/Öl, Kaffee etc.), gemütliche und blitzeblanke Ferienwohnung einzuziehen. Familie Matheisl hieß uns herzlich willkommen und war immer ansprechbar und super freundlich. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Sehr schöne und gut gekennzeichnete (Winter-) Wanderwege und Loipen sind von der Ferienwohnung aus gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Daumen hoch für diese Unterkunft.
