The view is spectacular!! Floor to ceiling windows gives you a beautiful view of the mountain. Large Deck with gas grill, hot tub and patio furniture for outdoor entertaining.

The house has an open floor plan with large kitchen, living area and bedrooms.

The lower level is the living area, kitchen, master bedroom with bath (king size bed), bedroom with bath (king size bed) & utility/mud room. The upper level has a living/game room, master bedroom with bath (king size bed) & bedroom with bath (king size bed & bunk beds).

There are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.

We have a property manager that will meet the traveler upon arrival and walk you through all of the amenities and workings of the home.

Absolutely perfect getaway

My family and I had the most amazing stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and peaceful everything was. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip—fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and thoughtful touches throughout.The scenery was just breathtaking, and it felt like we were tucked away in our own little paradise. It was the perfect balance of modern comfort and rustic charm. You can tell the owners truly care about their guests’ experience, and it made all the difference.We left feeling refreshed, connected, and already planning our next visit. Great layout and amenities for a large group. The ping pong table, pool table and hot tub were very popular among the teens. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need and so much space for everyone. Would definitely recommend!

Big beautiful house in very cool area

We are a group of friends who were getting together to see a friend who moved to the area. Upon arrival we were met by Marissa to get the keys and give us a run down of the house. She also answered questions about the area and gave suggestions of local places to visit etc. The town was and is going through a lot w fires and floods but this house was fortunate to be spared. We were out eating/drinking/shopping in the community as that’s how businesses survive. Hopefully the town can recover quickly. But it was still beautiful with very hospitable community members. We wish them well.

Fantastic Family Christmas Vacation

This beautiful home was the perfect "home base" for our Family Christmas Adventure. It comfortably accomidated the 10 of us and was 10 minutes from Ruidoso's Winter Park snow tubing, the movie theater, ice skating at Wingfield Park and Albertson's grocery store. The kitchen was perfect for cooking all of our meals and there was plenty of room for the family to gather together to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Will definitely keep it in mind for future adventures in Ruidoso.

Perfect group getaway

The house was amazing and we took advantage of all the games. The four bedrooms makes this a great house with four couples, each couple had their own bathroom. The drive into town was easy and we saw wild horse, deer and elk. The sunsets were beautiful every night.

Comfortable Home

I have stayed at this property twice. The location is close to Ruidoso, with essentials a 5-10 minute drive away. The property management do a good job of keeping the place clean and the kitchen and bathrooms have the essentials. The living space is very nice and perfect for our friends annual bike trip. The only thing to be aware of is that the internet is cell based, so can be spotty at times. If you are counting on streaming movies, it can be a little slow, but it does the job. Communication with the owner and property manager was great and they were very responsive to all my questions prior to renting the place. Definitely recommend for a spacious place with great views.

Nice, quiet, secluded, but close to town

This house is very nice and just right for our 4 retired couples who travel together. Marissa met us on our arrival and showed us around the place. It’s very roomy and has a nice big kitchen area. We would stay here again.

This is a very beautiful house with the most amazing views. I loved how many bathrooms this place had and all the amenities. Definitely a must stay at place in Ruidoso. We coke to Ruidoso every weekend and we stay September-February and we will definitely be back!
