We were greeted by the owner, she was waiting for us, we were running late, the ambiance is phenomenal, beautiful spacious room, updated and comfortable, super clean, the bathroom has all the comfort you can ask for, the bed is very comfy,, we cant wait for tomorrow morning breakfast! I highly recommend this precious place I am in love with it!”

“Rose was great and accommodating to us. Communication was great so if we needed to adjust the room temperature she was on it right away. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable! Unfortunately we were up and out too early to have breakfast, but I have read great things about it! Overall, it was a peaceful stay and we had a great time in Maine. ”

“Building is 100+ years old, has the character of an older facility that has been updated to provide electrical, HVAC, and Wifi needs of modern user. Proprietor is very friendly, was very helpful in helping us set up a good itinerary for our two days there. Breakfast was excellent, prepared to order and of the highest quality. B&B is quite quiet, has a nice sitting room/library (which we did not use since we were out all day seeing sights). B&B is near, but not on, the North Conway "strip" of……
