「Very nice setup, but wasn't aware that it was a basement that was converted into a studio apartment! Bathroom is extremely small, but shower can fit two! Ceiling in the shower was unfinished, which exposed tubing and insulation!!! Terrible!! Toilet is so close to the wall that it is a struggle to use it!! Hot tub downstairs, which I assume is for basement renters, was completely disgusting!!! My wife and I were lucky to be able to use the one upstairs, only because no one hadn't shown up yet!!!...

「This home is nice and in a nice location. We were however confused that it was listed as a whole house with a hot tub, but you have to pay a fee for the hot tub, and in fact there was a whole other rental below us. The charges for an extra guest to visit were a little much also. It wasn't very clean, we found random items stuffed and placed on top of cabinets, light fixtures etc. and a cup under the bed.
