“Wonderful cabin and setting! Enjoyed our stay very much. Our car is 2WD without high clearance, but with careful driving on the gravel road we had no problem. It was so relaxing sitting on the porch overlooking the grounds and the river, or in the gazebo down by the water. We would happily return and definitely recommend. ”

“The house is absolutely beautiful. It was immaculately clean and fully equipped to provide all of our needs. The hot tub was a dream after such a long trip and very clean as well. The scenery and views from the homes porches were perfect for our little Fall getaway and provided plenty of space for all of us. My children and grandchildren loved the their rooms and the house! “I would stay here again! That says a lot! The views and getting to pet the horses was an incredible experience. The AC was new! I saw maybe 2 ants. The kitchen had plenty of pots & pans to cook for our group of 12. There are 6 bedrooms. The two queen beds in a large space, is in the basement plus two bedrooms. Everyone slept well. The linen was plentiful in each bathroom & the kitchen. Always love to have a welcome basket upon arrival of the VRBO. Kirby was prompt to answer any questions via……

“The farmhouse was clean, well maintained, and well supplied. Great place to stay if you're planning on visiting any of the local state parks. Additionally, the donkey was friendly and enjoyed our company.”

It sits on top of a hill with a huge dining window overlooking the valley and mountains in the distance, with blooming rhododendrons and a visiting hummingbird drinking from the feeder. It was quiet and peaceful and the kitchen was the best-stocked kitchen out of any of the probably 30 houses we've rented on vacations. The location is gorgeous, the reflection pond is a lovely bonus space, and the house itself is luxurious and outfitted with beautiful, artistic items, and the space makes relaxation easy.
