"The room was dirty upon arrival and we had a tick in our room elevators... Your better off taking the stairs if you don't want to wait an hour for the elevators the floors in all the water areas were slippery and disgusting inside area supposed to be heated but last two days of our stay were very cold water cold we ended up utilizing the jacuzzi most of the time because everywhere else was cold The jacuzzi also was not that hot and with it raining outside the inside of the resort should have been warm It was absolutely unenjoyable"

"The rooms were very clean, staff fantastic, very good breakfast, pool could be cleaner and the bed in our room seemed to have a problem with the box, every time you rolled over in bed, it seemed like the wood was cracking … let front desk know when checking out. Other than the bed issue, it was a fantastic place to stay"

"I am upset about the billing. I was charged twice. When checked in I gave a card and the staff person said decline. Strange. There was system error. Ok , did a payment go thru? I asked 3 x. No it didn’t. I gave another card. Payment went thru. The next day checked out. Check my first card that was declined. It went thru. Called the card. They gave me the approvel number. Called Sheraton and was told an investigation was started. That was Sunday. Haven’t heard yet. Today is Tuesday 6/9/26"

"Overall our stay was great. The only issue I experienced was in the pool. It is clearly displayed that children under 14 must be with an adult, however there was a group of boys that were not with any adults and they were being obnoxious and rude."
