First off the Desk Clerk Kelsey was amazing! Very helpful and friendly!! Our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable (I should’ve looked at the make and model, to buy one). They need to get deep pockets sheets that fit, they came loose. Pool area was clean, and temperature great. We got woke up with the fire alarm and had to leave our room for a bit, so the fire department to give the all clear. No fire thank goodness.

I was really impressed with this hotel! The front desk staff was warm and welcoming (even called up to the room shortly after I checked in to make sure I had everything I needed), the building was immaculate, and my room was really lovely. I had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and if I’m in beautiful Russells Point again, I will look forward to staying here!

Not a bad place. Breakfast was nothing special and tv you couldn't watch Netflix or anything like that because you couldn't sign in. Other than that it was good place to stay.
