「If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy mountain getaway for one or two people this hit the spot. Beautiful and rustic but the cabin had everything we needed for a few days. Great views from the porch. Kitchen was stocked for basic cooking needs, including olive oil and some basic spices. Bed was comfy and cabin was clean. It’s a bit of a drive into Asheville but worth the rustic digs. Innkeepers gave great driving directions and instructions for our stay.」

「This little cabin is awesome. It’s clean. It feels secluded. I would not recommend it for someone who has bad knees. The steps going up to the cabin are steep. But that’s the mountains for you.」

「We loved our stay at 4 Lucky Ducks! There was never a dull moment between the slide, fishing, ping pong, and enjoying the amenities of the Riverbend community. The kitchen was well stocked which is huge for us since we prefer cooking most meals when traveling. Highly recommend staying here!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As repeat guests we appreciate the upgrades that the new owners have done. New furniture, kitchen utensils, dish ware and pots and pans made a huge improvement. We have already booked for next year. Incredible views, lake access and a comfortable place make this one of our favorite get aways.」
