“An excellent hotel on the outskirts of Split. The Amphora’s Garden is an annex to the main Amphora Hotel, but with its own stunning rooftop infinity pool which at times felt exclusive. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, with very friendly staff, and excellent amenities in the main Amphora hotel, including a rooftop bar. Our room was very nice, and very well set out and maintained.

“The location was perfect, just outside split city center with a lovely beach 5 minutes walk away.
Ivan was the person that helped us check in and he went the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable and relaxing stay.
I would strongly recommend Via Mare Luxury Rooms to anyone wanting to visit split and the surrounding area.”

“Excellent property in a good location. Very close to a supermarket. We arrived on a Monday and at the end of Wednesday we asked for fresh towels as there was no towel rail or place to dry towels properly the owner said he would bring fresh towels but he did not.”

“Fantastic apartment just 15 minutes from Diocletian’s Palace. Free parking can be found on the streets to the south if you are lucky.

“The house is well positioned for local small pebble beach access. There was a lot of construction on at the time which was t explained until we arrived, it wasn’t disruptive to us but some may have found it so. This is for a new beach and apartment complex which will significantly improve the amenities and look of the area, due completion in 2025.
Mosquitoes and biting insects were initially an issue but a plug an and good old mosquito repellant soon sorted that.

“From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance. Villa Knez and our hosts were perfect in every way! ”

“Wir haben noch nie eine bessere Wohnung in Kroatien gehabt.
Sie war geräumig und sehr sauber.
Im Ort ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkauf, Restaurants, etc., nichts ist weiter als 1 Kilometer.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt sehr gute Tipps.
Zum Traumstrand geht es 30 Meter eine Treppe herunter.”

“Unsere Ferienwohnung wurde damit beworben, dass sie in Split, nahe dem Strand Bacvice in Zentrumsnähe liegt. Dort gibt es eine Straße Mile Gojsalic.
Leider gibt es eine Straße Mile Gojsalica auch in Podstrana zehn Kilometer von Split entfernt. Dort lag dann unsere Unterkunft. Auch wenn es am Ende für uns ein gelungener Urlaub wurde, sollten solche irreführende und fehlerhaften Bewerbungen nicht vorkommen. Als wir im Vorfeld das Thema angesprochen haben, bekamen wir keine Antwort. Die Unterkunft……

“Wir haben eine Woche zu dritt bei Ivan verbracht. Es ist eine sehr großzügige Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen mit privatem Pool.
Ivan ist sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns die Umgebung und die Strände mit seinem Auto gezeigt und Tipps für Restaurants gegeben.
Man fährt ungefähr 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Marina. ”

“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. “The AC Marriott did its job. Was clean, updated and nice. Breakfast was ample and fresh but this hotel didn’t really do it for me. Was very sterile feeling and in an undesirable area next to a main road with no atmosphere. Just a sterile business place to stay overnight. Not a vacation type hotel. Not walkable at all and the outside of the hotel is just concrete. It’s a nice room but if you are coming for an experience type hotel - this isn’t that.”

"Excellent in all the way ! Beautiful sea view room. The view is incredible! Location is good; room is clean and big. Bed is comfortable.
