「The first room we were given was filthy from the beds to the floor. The beds had soiled linens on both! From top to bottom. The carpet was disgusting and had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs all over. Including a whole cookie inside ( in visible sight) the air conditioning unit.The clerk that checked us in was Awesome! 「The pet fee per dog is very high. We already paid about $150 for the room but were told there would be a $75 fee for each of our 3 dogs. The breakfast is really basic with no hot foods, the hotel needs updates and is very overpriced for the condition of the rooms and facility. The pet area is not close to the hotel as well. We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Wytheville a week later and it was substantially cheaper, the grass area is much closer and the rooms are about the same condition. At RRI...
